Jeffery Norell has personally been on the other side of the equation in addition to significant clinical education and training, . He has battled his own drug & alcohol addiction, he has experienced intervention and treatment, and understands exactly what it feels like to be trapped in an addicted lifestyle. His personal experience gives him unique clinical insight which allows him to combine skill, compassion, empathy, instincts and training to deliver the results you need. This personal experience is what led to Jeffery Norell to becoming an Interventionist and addiction counsellor.
His personal mission is to ensure that the absolute highest quality of care is extended to you, your family, and the affected loved one. He is a member of the Canadian Addiction Counsellors Certificate Federation (C.A.C.C.F.), and holds a Canadian Certified Addiction Counsellor (C.C.A.C.) designation. He has a long track record of working in the addiction field, having spent the last 12 years as an Addiction Counsellor and Alcohol & Drug Addiction Interventionist.
